Gang Show tickets - terms and conditions of sale
High Wycombe Gang Show would like to make purchasing your tickets as easy as possible. These terms and conditions are here to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on hw-scouts.org.uk/gs/ .

- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the show.
- Tickets bought online will be posted out to the address supplied.
- Tickets bought within 7 days of the show will be available for collection at Lancaster Arts Centre foyer 1 hour prior to the start of the performance. Please bring the confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
- The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed.
- Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience. Notices will be posted when the show will be recorded.
- Refunds may only be given at the discretion of the management.
- Please check your tickets on receipt to confirm they match your order. Mistakes cannot always be rectified, but we will do our best if you contact us quickly.
- In the unlikely event that a show is cancelled, to get a refund please email gangshow [at] hw-scouts.org.uk with details of your order.If you booked by post please contact the box office by post.
